How It Started...
Longtime friends and collaborators Kevin Fowler and Roger Creager finally made it official in 2019: the pair teamed up to create Dos Borrachos, a one-of-a-kind collaboration and duets album of the same name. Fowler and Creager hatched the idea for Dos Borrachos one night while on a songwriting trip down in Mexico. The pair had outlasted all their peers at the bar, and when the cook served them tacos “para los dos borrachos” (meaning “for the two drunks” in Spanish), they knew they had their name.
Dos Borrachos has been sustained by excitement and support from their fans. Hundreds join Creager and Fowler in Mexico each year on their annual Big Cabo Fest- produced by Dickson Productions. The festival is the ultimate party for music lovers and includes four days and nights of shows from some of the biggest acts in the scene in beautiful Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
2025 will bring a second album by the duo, again produced by acclaimed songwriter and producer Trent Willmon. The lead single, “Margarita Man”- written by Eric Paslay, Benjy Davis and Gordie Sampson- is a fun beach-vibe song celebrating tequila, salt and lime that is sure to be a fan favorite.
